Traci Alberts

Traci Alberts is the President of Healthcare Reimbursement Solutions (HRS), where she oversees client engagement, operations, and strategic relationships. Since joining Peter and Jim Jarvis in 2015, she has helped HRS expand its reach nationwide, providing specialized expertise in TRICARE Capital and Direct Medical Education (Cap/DME) reimbursement and Medicare Volume Decrease Adjustment (VDA) payments.

Traci brings deep experience in healthcare reimbursement and business development. She began her career at Premier Healthcare, where she led regional growth initiatives for TRICARE and Medicare Capitation audit services, helping the firm serve more than 3,000 hospitals nationwide.

She later expanded provider relationships and honed business development skills at Healthcare Payment Specialists (HPS), contributing to the company’s growth and eventual acquisition by TransUnion.

Following her experience in reimbursement consulting, Traci worked in clinical operations at Mission Health after earning her degree in Sonography. During her externship at Mission Hospital, an 815-bed flagship facility, she co-developed disaster preparedness protocols and ensured OSHA and PPE compliance.

At HRS, Traci has built trusted partnerships with over 1,000 providers, from rural hospitals to large health systems, and is recognized for her ability to identify and recover underpaid government reimbursements. Her leadership has driven the identification of service lines with over $100 million in recoverable TRICARE payments, resulting in more than $10 million successfully recovered to date.

She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the International Association of Women (IAW).
